LeWaire Waycaster is originally from Brookhaven, Mississippi, and called Fairhope, Alabama home since 2014. She and her husband of 16 years, Wesley Waycaster - Novare Production President, are blessed with two children, Matti Hamlin and Harrison.

Along with running our wonderful company, she also serves as President of the Bayshore Christian School P.T.F. , a board member of National Charity League and is always the first to show up with snacks for weekend volleyball tournaments.
